Mini-Mobi Assembley
- Raise Front Frame and lock using two D rings
- Release clamp to lower drive wheel
- Extend and lock front casters
- Move Platform Locks to open position
- Release Telescoping Pin by pulling upwards and    turning through 90 degrees
- Lift Handrails and slide read axle inwards, then   pull back and down to  locate the platform at the   desired height. It is easier to move in small steps   moving upwards one or two steps each time.
- Turn the Telescoping Lock Pin 90 degrees until in   fits in the slot and moves down. Move the   handrails until the pin drops down fulls.
- Position and Lock front handrails
- Undo Handrail pins
- Raise handrails and lock using two D rings
- Set steering height and move the Platform Locks   into the locked position
- Apply handbrake and release lock on front casters
